Frequently Asked Questions
Perk is a unit currency that helps you gain more control over your video project. Perk can be exchanged into Level Up items for more scopes of work or Revision items for more revision rounds.
Why are Revision items arranged in a hierarchy, while Level Up items are not?
You are so astute! For Revision items, revising the top-level items will require the lower-level items to be revised. It’s essential to keep the video at the highest quality.
Ex: Visual Design will cost 6 Perks( 2 Perks for Visual Design, 3 Perks for Animation, and 1 Perks for SFX)
When are the best and worst times to purchase Level Up and Revision items?
For Level-Up items
- The best time is before starting the project.
- The worst is after the project is half completed.
In between these 2 timelines is the most optimal production for your video.
For Revision items
- The best time is after you use all 2 free revision rounds. It optimizes your budget.
- The worst time is before starting the project. We both don’t like too much revision.
What if I want some small revisions such as object size, colors, or less than 10 script words?
We can support these small changes, as long as they do not affect the video concept, the story and the art direction.
Are there any additional cost beside the quoted in the package?
No, there aren’t. Our video package price is fixed. However, it doesn’t include VAT.
How do FYC deal with copyright issues?
Our visual and audio assets are created originally or purchased from marketplaces such as Envato and Freepik. We will provide the license of these assets within the final video.
We don’t have a pitch policy for these packages at the moment. We are open to negotiating the price and production time if you order video packages in bulk.
Is it possible to speed up the video production?
Yes, it can be. We can reduce the project time by 75% while it costs more than 30% compared to the package price. The Speed Up Production is not applied for the FY Instant package.
Our payment is divided into 3 phases:
- Design Phase: 55% of the price
- Video Phase: 35% of the price
- Deliver Phase: 10% of the price
Payments are due in 3 business days.
Do we need to meet during the project?
We usually meet online with clients, using Google Meet and Figma to discuss design ideas. If you work or live in Ho Chi Minh City, we can have offline meetings or have coffee together. Depending on your chosen package, the number of meetings can vary.
What if I stop or delay when the project is in progress?
For Stop: The client will lose the upfront deposit.
For Delay: The client feedback schedule is 5 business days from the date FYC delivers products for each scope of work. If the client does not give feedback within this schedule, we will proceed to the next step and the product will be marked as accepted. marked as accepted.
