Watch the Pepsi promotion video featuring their stunning new artwork design on soft drink can packaging. We collaborated with Ki Saigon to bring the agency’s style frames to life through a mix of frame-by-frame and 3D animation techniques.

Challenge

Upon receiving the project, we were presented with style frames developed by the agency. They had a specific design in mind and wanted us to follow those frames while ensuring the animation looked absolutely fantastic.

This posed an interesting challenge for us.

Solution

To meet the client’s requirements and deliver an outstanding result, we devised a solution that involved combining various animation techniques.

We blended frame-by-frame animation with 3D animation, allowing us to bring the style frames to life while maintaining the desired visual aesthetic.

The making of Promotion Video

The project commenced with the style frame phase, during which we carefully studied the provided frames. These frames served as a creative blueprint for the video and provided us with clear guidance on the desired visual style.

Character Animation

Characters designed by Ki Saigon are very cool and strong personality. It’s a big challenge to animate the character. This is where frame-by-frame animation comes into play.
